Update: Week 1


In this update, I've been working on setting up "Bad Ends" which are small sub plots within the game that the player may fall into, and will subsequently have to complete before they can continue. 

The first bad end is for tutorial purposes, and will influence the types of events you can see until you defeat the boss, which will then return things back to normal, but the idea will be that if you submit too much, you will be "trapped" in these bad endings, where certain conditions need to be met before you can escape.

With that in mind, there are also additional scenes that have been made, the main plot has been extended, and  new artwork to see, though all of this will be WIP and subject to change in the future.

In future updates, I plan to add more scenes for the bad ends, as well as develop the storylines attached to the various landmarks so you can get to know some of the characters more intimately. I'm also planning on creating another bad end for the castle which will not be a tutorial, and will include a lot of unique scenes and challenges for the player to face.

Hotfixes:

1.Fixed a bug which trapped you in a while loop after winning a combat encounter.

2. Fixed an issue where the dialogue leading to the shop wasn't dissappearing, as well as an issue where the back button wasn't working.

3, Fixed an issue where certain scenes would cause the game to crash, one of which helped to progress the main story.

4. Fixed an issue where the explore button for bad endings was searching beyond the list of scenes stored and was crashing  whenever it selected beyond those bounds.
